10 min wake up- ot or ut
« on: January 20, 2013, 11:47:26 am »
my daughter is 6 weeks now, and for her first nap, she always wakes partially every 10 minutes, squirms around, grunts and groans etc for about a minute then goes back to sleep and repeats every 10 minutes for at least the first hour. her second nap for example she sleeps so peacfully. does she need more A time in the morning or less? she has a 1 hour activity time through out the day. for example, awake by 7:15 and asleep by 8:15

I think it's normal for Los to make noises is sleep so as long as she's doing restorative 1.5h naps I wouldnt worry. If not post her easy as EAS and we can take a look at routine.

Average a times at his age are 60-1h15 so ur on target there... Hth
