Ok tried to do 2 naps w/o catnap
« on: January 22, 2013, 14:50:14 pm »
DD will be 6 months in two days.  I am anxious to get to two naps.  Second nap ended at 3:15 so I couldn't fit catnap in. Well it was a disaster! Last bottle was 6:45 and fell asleep right away and then back up every 15 min from. 8:30 until 10.  What do you suggest I'd second nap ends this late.  A super early BT is not an option.

7:00
S 9:30- 11
S. 1:45 - 3:15

BT 7:15 ( after last bottle)

Suggestions to fix this?

What is the earliest bedtime you can manage? I would have aimed for 6.30 bedtime on that day to avoid OT at bedtime, which I don't think is super early tbh!

Can you add an extra 15 mins to the first or second A times or would that be too much for her?

Agree with Nuala, what's the earliest bedtime you CAN do?

Thank you I am trying to add to A.  We have a small house and bath with tub s attached to room she sleeps in. LO is loud in bath and will wake her. 7:15 is pushing it for us.  Quite a few night wakings last night at 10, 1, 3., 6 called it a morning at 6:20.  Do you think this is because of the ay before or pain?
