angel baby playing the EW card
« on: January 26, 2013, 19:59:05 pm »
Hi
I wonder if anyone can offer some insight!
I have an angel baby who just turned one this month. She has always been a great sleeper sttn with minimal disruptions since a tiny baby. She usually sleeps from about 7pm till 8 or 8 30 the next morning. However the last few days she has been waking up at 6 and crying until I come to fetch her. I would really like to go back to those slightly later mornings. I will post her schedule before the EW's and after so you can get an idea of our day.

8: WU
E: 180ml bottle
A: play
E: 9am solids
S: 12 for 2 hours
E: solids
E: 3pm 150ml bottle
A: play, go out
E: 5pm solids
A: bath, play
E: bottle 6. 30
S: 7/7 30pm
WU: 8am next morning

our schedule now with the EW is as follows
WU: 6 but played and moaned alternatively, picked her up at 7 15
E: bottle
A: play
S: 10 30 nap till 12
E: solids and bottle
A: play
S: 2:30 for an hour
A: play
E: 5 30 supper
A: bath
E: bottle
S: 7
WU: 5:45 crying

TIA! Hope someone can help!
I will add that this started after LO had the flu and my in laws from overseas were here visiting. The flu is over but LO still has a slight cough.

Hey,

Have you considered pushing her nap out. With a 6am start perhaps a 10.30 nap us a little early?

Is she teething at all? We always got EWings with teeth...
How long has she been on 1 nap?
I agree about pushing the nap out a bit. Try 5 hours A time.
A - 6am
Nap - 11am - 1pm
BT - 6/6.30pm
