(((hugs))) you must both be exhausted. Tomorrow can you pop him in the sling or let him sleep in your arms? Give both of you a break?

Turning point or sheer exhaustion?
Little man woke up at 10pm crying. Because he's been so cranky lately I didnt even yhink to check nappy. Shushed him ba ck to sleep and went up to do dream feed at 10.50 & noticed he'd pooped. I changed his nappy and fed him. He went straight back to sleep. He stirred at about 20 past 2 but again went straight off. He then woke at 7.15. I half expected to find his first tooth but still not quite through. Can teething upset their tummies and if so is their anything I can do to help. Its definitely something that calpol cant help with.

So glad you both had a restful night. I know that teething can give them some loose poos, but not sure about tummy ache - I suppose if he already had a sensitive/sore tummy, anything is possible? I know it can cause a flare with babies with reflux. Really hope you have a less stressful day today.

Dont want to jinx it but things still good. I read that teething can give babies an acidy tummy so gave littleman an oz of cooled boiled water before putting him in his cot. He wiged a bit cos he wanted more but after a couple of mins he quietened down and he been asleep (darent go look lol) for an hour and half.  ;D ;D ;D
Please let it be a turning point. If not at least I know what it is bless him. TBH he's not a playing up baby but I also know things can change.
Thank you for all your help and suggestions. Will keep posting and look to help others in same position. x

Well where do i start.
We had the one good night and then back to no sleep.
Managed to struggle for next few days and today we saw the paediatrician. He thinks that as well as lactose intollerance he has reflux. He's prescribed gaviscon and another medicine and also we've been told to start weaning him. If the reflux medication doesnt work then he will be put on neocate formula.
Fingers crossed it works.
