When to stop helping LO link his 45 min naps together
« on: February 09, 2013, 09:55:12 am »
At 32, 38 and 45 mins he jolts and wakes so I have been resting my hand on him to help into next sleep cycle. If we don't do this he wakes up happy at 45 mins but I think is becoming hugely OT by end of day as he's waking at 5am for the day! How long do I need to do this for until he masters it himself?

I should add he's 6 months old on 4 hours EASY and I have just started extending his A time to 2hr 45 to try and combat EW but his short naps I think result in OT baby by end of day.
