Need help with afternoon nap and evening play

I am new to EASY...Day 2 actually with my LO who is 12 weeks.  His routine starts at 7am and feeds every 3 hours.  After his 4pm feeding, he plays for an hour then sleeps until 7pm.  Is this too long for the afternoon?  Should it be a catnap?

He eats at 7pm then we do all the routine stuff before bed.  He gets sleep at around 8pm...should I let him sleep through until 10:30 for his dream feed? 

The book talks about catnaps but I don't know where that fits in his routine.
