My dd is almost 4mos old. How many sleep hours should I expect per 24hrs and at which point do they change to a 13hr day? Is there a general guide or link u have for that info? Thanks

Just a warning - the average of 15-18 hrs for babies up to 18 months is higher than what we generally see in real babies.
At 4 months, average would be 11-12 hrs at night with one/two NFs and three naps (2 of 1.5 hrs and a CN of 45-60 mins.)
