Just a warning - the average of 15-18 hrs for babies up to 18 months is higher than what we generally see in real babies.
At 4 months, average would be 11-12 hrs at night with one/two NFs and three naps (2 of 1.5 hrs and a CN of 45-60 mins.)

Kara, with a baby of 4 months, you have that the naps should be 1.5hrs. If the child is on 4hour EASY and can stay awake for 2 hours from when eyes opened to eyes closed, what should you do for the remaining half an hour? See below what I mean
Eg
Eat 7.00
Activity 2 hours 7-9
Sleep 9-10.30 (1.5 hours)
The next feed is not due until 11.00. What should you do from 10.30 to 11.00? And this then starts the new A time.
Thanks
