Yes but by how much varies depending on how sick they are....  I guess more or less just following their cues and not looking at the clock (except to time when to give meds).

^^  This.  Pretty much sums it up.  Mouse generally crouped as a little, (and still) so the entire EASY got trashed for a few days each time.

If its just a cold, no.  If its 'proper' sick with fever etc, I ignore A times all together and just follow cues for sleep.  Had a three nap day not so long ago doing that here!

Oh yes! And if find it interesting now that the kids are older as I used to freak out about them sleeping too much in the day when younger and sick (robbing nightsleep). Now at 2.5 and 4 they can sleep ALL day and ALL night if they have a raging fever. Last time D was real sick she had a 6 hour nap in the day and went to bed 2 hours after she woke up!

Em, that sounds heavenly.  For a mama sleep schedule that is.  We can only dream...

Lol it's good we DO remember the times they sleep sometimes - even if it's when sick ;)
Z puts himself to bed when sick!

Thanks :) t has a virus. I decided to follow cues so we did 3 1 hr naps. He is v congested so couldn't settle for long flat but he was tired at 2 hrs. He is so less obvious than Zac was with all this stuff but was yawning which he never does ;)

Mine just crash out when sick. They always have when and where they like. Strange because neither of them are like this normally!
