Waking at 6.30am need it to 7am

My dd wakes at this time. Here's her routine

6.30am wake
7am bottle breakfast etc
9. Or 9.30 sleep for one hour
10.30am wke
1.30 sleep
2.30 wake
7pm bed

She's 11 mths old. Would be great if she would sleep till 7am. Anyone help please? X

Wow, what I wouldn't give for my 11 month old to sleep like that! Is she doing a lot of NW's? Otherwise she is already doing an 11.5 hour night which is GREAT!! I suppose you could shift things forward 15 minutes at a time and see where that gets you. Alot of 11 month tots are doing closer to 4 hours A so you have room to "push the day" a bit. What do you think?

Thanks for ur reply. I have a school run at 9am and 12.30 which is why I work around these times.maybe I should just keep things?

Ah I see. To be quite honest, if it were me and my LO was doing that well, I wouldn't mess with it. Is she content to stay in her crib a bit?

Yeah maybe I will. Yes she will but 5-10 minutes in it max. She's going through that lovely clinging to mammy phases :'(very hard sometimes but that's a whole new topic :)xx
