7 months and some sleep trouble?
« on: April 09, 2013, 17:27:13 pm »
helllo! I am in need of some help! my daugher is 7 months next week, and just this week she has started waking suddenly 20 minutes into her nap.. and waking at 530 in the morning also. I am not sure about these changes as nothing has changed in wake times etc. I tried feeding her once at the 530 time and she nursed but then would barely nurse or eat her solidswhen she woke up at 8.. i let her fuss today when she woke again at 530 and it took an hour plus! We recently moved in to my parents house( 3 days ago) as our house is being remodleed. Do you think this could be it? I dont know what else to do.. I dont know if wakes times need to  be changed? She right now her wake time is 2.5 hours and takes two naps usually, but with this early waking we have had to adjust time times.. I feel so frustrated! I know its probably a bit noiser but I still have a fan and white noise going, which blocks things out pretty well.. any advice???

The change of location could definitely be having an effect. But it sounds like you've done what you can to help. It may just take a bit to adjust. Would you mind posting your EAS to get an idea of what her day looks like? If she's at 2.5 hrs she may be ready for an increase in A time. Start with one of them and increase by 15 minutes for a few days, then increase the next A time by 15 minutes and so on.
