Hi! We've just started EASY in the hopes of improving night wakings... Last night was a pretty good night for LO with him going to bed at 7.20 and waking at 11.40 (feed), 3.45 (feed) and then around 5ish when he was up for about an hour or so with hubby trying to get him back to sleep. He then woke at around 7, I fed him in bed with me and he fell back to sleep until half 8. My question is, how do I go about the day now? I have been working off a WU of around 7am. If I just follow the routine but an hour and a half later then obviously bedtime will be later... Is that the best thing to do? Just don't want to affect tonight's sleep after he did so well last night
Should I have woken him??
