My dd just turned 6mo yesterday.. We've been all over with her a times lately, good morning nap for a while and now lessening! I feel like she has high a times already and I'm skeptical about increasing. I'll post my day yesterday and today so far. I wish i knew how much sleep she needed during the day so that it won't effect her night sleep but I'm lost here... I don't know if it's okay to get one good nap and one not-so-good nap.
Any help would be appreciated.

10:20 nap (laid her down at 3.05 a she fell asleep at 3.20 a....55 min)

2:20pm nap...(she woke at 50min, ss, has been sleeping for 5 min so far).........
How can I adjust my A times bc like I said she had high a already. So if I increase more, how will the nap times be distributed? I have the next 4 days with her...ds has spring break and staying with family for a few days :-D so I'd take any suggestions. She recently has been waking up more during the night but the EAS from above shows the best night in 2-3 weeks! Sorry so long but I feel like I understand everything I read but then my brain fizzles when ours my lo :-P
