:) so put him down at 1:30 3hrs after 10am 30 nap-he's still asleep 1.5hrs in! :) should I wake at 2 hrs? Or leave him if we get that far! What an improvement! Can't believe how quickly he changed-like in two wks!

Well after a great day-had worst night for a while. I did 7 BT as how woke at 3.30-should I still have done early BT? He woke at 3am and was on and off shouting till 5 when I gave him his dummy, he then woke at 6----is this still OT from dreadful week? Should I preserve with what we did yest so he can catch up etc? Was so thinking the night would be better :(

Can you leave some dummies in his cot so he can find them in the middle of the night?

Would you recommend that? He's never really had a dummy was just a last resort last night/this am! Not sure he'd find them-could try-I worry about him getting dependant on it??
Do you think it's still OT? 10 days ago he slept thru no probs :( could it be the walking too??

Well if it works...

Yes it could definitely be the walking, AND teeth?? And the 2-1 transition. And Wonder Weeks? I don't imagine he was OT, he only had 3.5hrs A time after a really good nap. A long NW like that would be discomfort here, but at this age it's all a bit chaotic.

Ok-thanks! I think as I'm so tired I can't make it make sense in my head! It's not like him to have such a long NW. Usually I can go in lay him down put mobile on and he goes back.... Am struggling getting him till 10, might be a 9:30 nap-45min then down at 1.30???? Gonna put 4 yr old down too as he's been up early all wk with baby and is v tired! Mummy nap too hopefully!

Hi,
So we're doing a 30 am and going for a longer pm-last two days he's woken at the hr mark-which I don't feel is enough sleep-he's waking very upset-do you think it's pain? Or does his a time need to be longer-or shorter am nap? He resettles, when I go back and lay him down again-no dummy etc
Thank you x

For us, an hour at this stage is OT. Are you medicating for his teeth before his nap?

I haven't been, his cheeks aren't red, no dribble etc
OT-he was up 3 hrs after a 30 min nap, I think I'll keep with this maybe bring the 1:30 forward a bit? The line between OT and UT is like ten mins! Crazy!
