Aah yes, probably a growth spurt :( It's a killer, that one.  Jack picked up an extra night feed for a week or two after it as well but then dropped it again and that was when he started doing longer stretches.  Don't worry, it's coming!

Well done on the naps and nights in the crib! Sounds like you're really getting there!

I can concur the growth spurt!! Any chance I could get an example of a 2.75 hr EASY so I have it ready to go once this growth spurt is over?

I've not seen one in the sample EASY routines but if your day starts at 7 I guess your feed times will be 7, 9.45, 12 30,  3.15,  6 and bed.  Or you could cluster and feed at 3.15, 5 and 7? Jack stopped liking a cluster feed at around 8 weeks though (which is when Tracey says to drop it i think) so you might need to experiment a bit.  Sleep times would be 8.15,  11, 1.45 and 4.30,  though that might give you a long stretch til bedtime so you might need to make that 3.15 feed a bit later so he can sleep a bit later in the afternoon.  Or you might find he needs a bit less A time so will need to play around.  To be honest I'm still trying to suss it for jack and he'll be 12 weeks on Monday!  We've only had one textbook day so far - we're normally improvising at the end of the day!
