I am wondering whether to just move to 12.45pm now as we have been at 12.30pm for a good 2 weeks. She seems to cope ok with the longer am A time i.e. nothing has got worse ;)
Today we did 12.45pm as she woke at 6.15am (stirred at 5.15am)
BT was 7.15pm. I do struggle with BT. She will happily go down at 7pm but I do think if I realistically want to get a later wake up I probably need to push BT a bit??

Yes I would definitely push the nap out and maybe bt too but would try the nap 1st if she goes down ok at bt. Personally we jumped from 12 to 1pm in one day and got quick results in a few days (5 to 6am), we do already have an 8 pm bt though. But maybe you should just swallow ot for a day or 2 not to be still tweaking in weeks.  My ds 2 just won't do 12 hrs so maybe m is the same and 7 to 6.30 is too much to hope for. We have been doing 8pm to 6am (occasionally later) with 1.5hr nap at 1pm, although now we seem to be nap dropping but that worked for several months after months of 5 am wu ( torture). K who I think of as a good sleeper ( Sttn from 9mo and did 14 hrs nights when he nap dropped and still 12.5hr nights now  at Nearly 4) did 1.5hr nap with 10 hr nights on one nap but it bothered me less because I did 9 pm bt ( had a naughty b up anyway at that stage so no me time) and he was waking 7 or 7.30am.
Hope it helps. Whenever I look back at transitions I wish I jumped sooner to avoid all the torment.

Yes I would just do it whenever she wakes as you may not get a later wu until you do.

ok. Will start tomorrow as need to be somewhere with H for 2pm today.

5.40am wake up today - lovely.

Moving from 12-12.30pm has done nothing to change wake up. I do think I have to move BT but every single time I do a later BT she wakes earlier. Maybe because I have to do it consistently for a week or so?

So maybe 1pm nap and 7.30pm BT.?

well she got  bad cold so while i did not want to change the routine too much I was not able to push naps out as far as I wanted.
So this is where we are
A - 6am ish - sometimes more like 5.45 and sometimes we make it to about 6.15am
Nap - 12.45-2.15pm
BT - 7.15pm ish
If you were me ladies what would your next step be??

If it were me I would push the nap to 1pm leaving bt where it is and if that made bt resistance after a few days I would push bt too.
Do you use a grow clock? I think she is old enough to start if not.

thanks KM...will do. Have not started a gro-clock but will buy one next week. I have to be prepared for her to wake H a lot while we are training her to use it so have been putting it off!

well M has been quite ill for the last few days so routine has been a bit off. I will start today pushing to 1pm again. Not sure how she will go though.

KM - how long does B nap for these days? I have no idea what the optimum time for M is.

He often naps 1.5hrs but we are starting to get bt resistance with that. Coincided with bbb so not sure if nap dropping or not. The last 2 days he did only 1hr15 so maybe he is needing less, he has rarely done over 1.5hrs though.
What will she sleep if left to sleep?

she would do about 1.5 but the last few days more like 1.45. Not sure if that is too much but she never fights BT. Woke at 4.15am and then 5.15am today at which point i gave meds as am sure she is teething canines and she slept till 7.15am when H woke her. V unusual, def something going on. She seems shattered all the time but still EW's!!
