How much A time in a full days should we be having, 10.5hours or more / less?

Thanks Katherine we have been more verging on the 10.5 / 11 which i think is a bit much.

Since we are going down the set naps route do you think i am best to start a new thread entitled that so anyone else thinking about that can have a look?
