If i steam veg sticks for my lo, can i then freeze them and reheat later (if so how) or do i need to make them fresh for each meal?

For things like sweet potatoes and squash I cut them into sticks, then steam and freeze them. Then I pop them in the toaster oven with a bit of oil to make them toasted (a healthier form of fries!).

I never froze veggies but used to make enough for 2 days and just kept them in the fridge overnight and offered them cold straight from the fridge the following day. Still do if we have left overs. My DS much prefers cold dinner anyway.
