Eugh. That's it, I'm messing up somewhere big style I know I am looking at all your routines. I officially suck and little man is an overtired mess because of it. Off to the toddler sleep board it is then!

(((Hugs))), no you don't suck!!  I feel nursery adds a whole level of complexity to routines that means you just can't achieve the consistency that full-time-at-home LOs can have.  We can hold hands while we try to sort it out :)

Hugs Hun. Remember this is a time of chaos, my routine with Z was post 18 mth sleep regression. During it his nap was shorter, and we had BT shenanigans, EW etc.

They are ALL different, and while Z sleeps a lot now, at 10 mths he was already on 1 nap, when I had him on 2 he was silly and OT, 1 long nap suited him and he was sleeping well and happy, but everyone else IRL thought I was crazy! So remember to with your gut on your little boy x

Katherine I would definitely cap the home naps to 2 hours or even less. If she does a better night on the short nap days then she is already catching up there no? Maybe if you stick to a 1.5 hr nap on home days she will catch up at night instead of super long naps in the day and things will be more consistent for her?
