It might depend on your LO. I have found that I can move around the nap a little without having to move bedtime.

Hi, I tend to stick to a 12.5 hour day regardless really of nap time. Sometimes BT is a little later if he's had a super nap but I tend to have WU 6-6.30 nap 11.30-12 for 2 hours BT 7pm ish.
Guess just try maybe 10-15 mins and see what happens :-)

I'd stick with same BT, at least at first.  For lots of LOs the longer morning A time will override a shorter pm A time so they're still tired at BT.

However, if you get BT resistance, for example, you might have to move it later.  But to start with, I'd stick with the same BT and see how it goes.
