I'm doing a survey. What time does your 1 year old nap at ?
Mine has set naps at 930ish and 230ish. He always sleeps 1.5 hours and then bedtime is 7pm. He sleeps thru until 530am.

I'm just going to pop this thread into the TS section as your LO is 13mo  :)

My girls at that age had a 45min nap from approx 9.30-10.15 and afternoon nap from approx 1.30-3 with bedtime approx 6.30 and wake up at 6am.

My lo is 12m and he does up at 7/7:30am, first nap 10:30-11am and second nap 1:30-3:30pm, bedtime is 7/7:15pm and he sleeps through. We're slap bang in the middle of the 2-1 transition!
