I'd go 7/7.30 depending on how she's coping x

How did it go? Can't even blame teething as that usually makes them more sleepy! NNDs sounds so scary...

As for me and DS, I am taking him to the doctor's today. He's hardly been eating for the last 3 days after vomiting on Tuesday morning. And now has the full blown coughing and sneezing too. Thankfully the fever has subsided. His A times are all over the place. He can barely make it to 5hr40min in the morning! We have also postponed our roadtrip to next weekend... sighs... so now I have a hungry, cranky and tired boy (coughing fits makes it impossible to sleep well at night). Oh joy!!!!

Well she was asleep by 8.00 but up at 6.55 :-/ same shenanigans yesterday for nap and BT- chattering for ages before sleep times. I think it is developmental after all. But how many leaps do they have? I thought it was every birthday and half birthday? She's not got a half birthday till mid July ??? She had a leap at 20mo, 24 mo, 26 mo surely she isn't due another one?

You know what, for the past 5 nights, DS has been waking up after the first and second 35 mins at night, and then just tossing and turning till midnight (I only monitor until then as I need to sleep too!). Usually, he only does this when he is overtired. However, due to being ill and all, he has been having super short A time. Therefore, I can't imagine him being OT! He is definitely not UT either cos he goes to sleep within the perfect 15-20minutes. When he is OT, he goes to sleep immediately.

And when he did it again last night, DH just said "Maybe it's developmental". I said, "You think? Again? counting all his developmental leaps he should be a teenager by now!!!". So yeah, I just don't know! I am just going to wait till he gets better and see what happens. If it continues then I am seriously going to cut his nap or do something!

So yeah, could DD be going through a developmental leap? Based on how DS is reacting right now, I would not disregard it :X

Update: I forgot to add that DS has his last 2 molars (upper) coming in too. One has broken through (tip) and the other not yet. I gave him ibuprofen for a few nights but it was no different to the nights that I did not give. So yeah... more developmental leap possibility.

Ugh I hate molars. Dd is still working on her bottom two the top ones are no where in sight yet ::) ::)

Its funny how diff los are isnt it? My dd will take ages to fall asleep when ot, 20 mins or so when it but straight to sleep when a time is right.

I would wait till your ds is better before tweaking too. I know he's having shorter a times cos he's poorly but he may still be ot and his current sleep is just tiding him over without getting a really ot iykwim?
