Can't figure out why 17 mo lo is waking earlier in the mornings. He normally wakes around 7-730 the past few days he's been up around 615-630. Any suggestions ? His day is pretty routine up at 7/730 nsp from 1230-2 ish bed at 730.

Today he took a 2 hr nap which is rare probably because he was tired from waking at 620 this morning. But I woke him at 2 hrs (1230-230) and kept bedtine the same 730. I hope he will sleep past 620 tomorrow. Any suggestions on how to keep his same 7/730 am -730 pm day?

What is going on when LO wakes? Crying, fussing, grumbling? How are you responding? Is the room black? Not sure where you are or if it is light at 6:30AM or not. 11 hours is considered a full night so I wonder if nap needs pushing?

No crying just moving around talking lol. I have the blackout shades nothing's changed. He always did a 12 hr night and 1.5 hr nap. I did try pushing nap to 1 instead of 1230 but I found the nap was shorter or he would sleep until 3 and then it would push bedtime out until 8 and he was super cranky before bedtime and it would take him longer to fall asleep. Today he slept until 745!! And he took a 2 hr nap yesterday. He just seems to be all over the place.

Well,I would hold things as they are for now and just watch for a bit to see if a pattern emerges. I would certianly not go to LO unless he is really needing you to give him a chance to go back out. This could also be twinges of 18mo SR. All over the place seems to go hand in hand with some LOs in which case you just have to grin and bear it! Hang in there!
