Longer naps because of less night sleep...?
« on: May 17, 2014, 12:17:13 pm »
DD just turned 3. Her routine recently has been:
WU 7.30
Nap 1.30-2.15 (i wake her up)
BT 8.30-9.00

Today when woke up at 7 she was playing in the living room. Wide awake. I have no idea what time she woke up. Yesterday coz we were out she didn't have her nap till 2.30 and than didn't fall asleep till 9.15.
Shall i give her a longer nap today? Or stick with the 40mins? And nap and BT usual time or earlier?
Thank you

She went to sleep at 1.30 for her nap. She was really tired. And i thought i'll let her sleep 1hr30 and she woke up at 3pm herself. I kept BT the same but she's still awake right now. Think it might of been too early. Hopefully no NW tonight

So last night didn't go well. She went to sleep about 9pm. Then woke up at 12.15am crying. Fell asleep again at 1am and then was awake at 6.55am.

What shall I do about today's nap? Stick to 45mins at 1.30pm?

And I missed it again, sorry ::)

What did you do today? Personally I would have stuck to the usual routine and EBT'd for up to 30mins early if needs be
