Haven't had any no naps days around here, yet. Not sure what I'd do as he simply doesn't tack on. We had a 25 min nap day in the car last week and he still wouldn't tack on, ended up having NWs and an earlier WU than usual! But we recovered!
Is A introverted? R seems to be and I think she sometimes just needs to enjoy some quiet time to herself and really unwind before sleep.
Yes, A is introverted. He has always been one to take everything in as he is very aware, very observant and notices every new sound, new object, new person, etc. I think he must just need that long time to unwind before bed because it really doesn't matter whether his nap is short or long, he needs a minimum of 45 minutes to settle to sleep. So, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing!
