Do ew eventually sort themselves out once you get naps/amount of day naps/bt sorted or are you forever stuck at 5am wu for the day?

You call 5am an EW as it is so early:) or because it is after less than 10h of night sleep?

I was just wondering if after 10hr of sleep, you get a 5am wu, so then you limit your day to 13hr (6pm) and then you get an EW again at 5am - doesn't your day become 5-6pm as opposed to your beloved 6.30/7.30am-7-7.30pm day

I have a post already, but was trying to get it figured out in my head!

Once the OT has resolved I usually gently shift the day in 15 min increments or push an A time to move the day later
