Hi all,

My DD is one next week and for the last month or so has woken up anytime between 4:15 and 5:30, she's never been a late riser, normally 6 and I'm happy with that but anything before this is exhausting.

Sometimes we bring her in to our bed when she wakes and sometimes she will go back off till around 6:15/30.
Shes very tired in the mornings after such an early start that she is ready for a nap by 8 and at a push half past.

Our days look at bit like this.
Wake 4:30-6
Snooze in our bed if up before till 6 (if she settles)
Nap 8:30 for 30-40 mins.
Lunch time nap sometime between 11:45 and 12:30 for anything from an 30 mins to an hour 30.
Bedtime is anything from 6:30/7 depending on her.

I tend to go by her for nap times etc. She's generally a happy little girl.
She had a black out blind and curtain her room is pretty dark.
Not sure what to try next....

Hi

I just wonder if she's ready to go to one nap?

What did her day look like before the EW started? It may be the early nap at 8.30am is perpetuating the ew.

Days been the same for a while. Her morning nap used to be 9 but due to the early wake it's a little earlier, if she's tired she's impossible and just cries.
