I suspect her first A time needs a push to get that first nap lengthened so she can handle the longer A times. If you think she would do 1hr30 then yes I'd go for that. She is likely getting OT after that first short nap and struggling to recover.
Have you tried wake to sleep for the first nap?

How far into the nap should I do w2s? If it is gonna be a 30 min nap?

Roughly 10 mins before the usual WU. I'd try 20 mins in.

Thank you... I increased her A time to 1 h 30 min now that she is not sick and then did w2s and she is napping! Hopefully this will help her nights too.
