Can you give him something to eat in the car on the way home and then skip bath to get him to bed at 6 on NND? All the behaviour you are listing is chronic ot for my kids, and the only way I have managed to get past it has been early bed, sometimes before 5.30! It does build up, so even if you can manage this once or twice it might get him out of his ot rut. Also, do you wake him from his naps at the weekend? I have sometimes found that when they are super-ot then they need a catch-up nap when you don't wake them no matter how long they sleep (takes a lot of nerve!) and then put them to bed at the normal time - I never believed that it would work, but it has been a life-saver for us on a couple of occasions.
