Thanks, read your note as i got in from swimming with DD1, so adjusted my plan and aimed for 7pm, but a friend popped by and we made it into bed at exactly 7.30pm, with no problems.
I hope it will be a peaceful night and let the childminder know for tomorrow we should try to push the nap out especially if she wakes early.
Thanks again!

Dreadful night, she woke 2.30am, we finally got her to stay asleep at 5.15am after Dad had cuddled her to calm and was in bed with us! Just about to wake her...

Sorry you had a bad night, keep trying, it may take a few days or a week to settle. (((Hugs)))

Bad night again. BT no probs.
Refused calpol at bed time, had some at 12.30am. Kept pulley nappy so changed it about 1.15am. Dad thought she would sleep quickly if in our bed (1.20am) but not a chance! Up/down running around...finally snuggled her down with us about 2.30am and she was asleep 2.50am.
Is she under tired?

Tue 2nd
WU 7.20am. 5.5 hrs A
Nap 12.45-2.15pm. 1.5hrs
BT 7.40pm. 5.5hrs A
NW 12.30am- 2.50am. 2.5hrsA
Total A 13.5hrs, S 9.5hrs

Wed 3rd (STTN)

Nap 1.30-3.30pm. 2hrs S (thank goodness childminder woke her at 2hr mark!)

Hi just read through your thread.
It sounds to me like something is waking her at night but then she realizes she needs to wee, linked to the recent PT, although not necessarily communicating this straight away.
Is she crying or calling out when she wakes at night?
I think I read one night she went wee in the night and in the morning her nappy was dry but I'm wondering if she is getting dry at night, has it just been one dry night nappy or more than that?
Is she showing any reluctance to put her night nappy on before BT?
Do you have a small potty you can put in her room to make night wees less stimulating than going to the bathroom?  With mine I leave the lights off (just little night light type thing) and will only whisper to him if any talk is needed, if he tries to strike up conversation (other than what is vital which would be a wee, pain, bad dream, water, those sort of things) I say it is night time, no chit chat.

WRT naps, I really think a set nap time with set BT works well at this age on 1 nap.  Set nap and BT still allow for the need of a slightly earlier time, for instance a very busy, stimulating or physical day might lead to the need for EBT, but it would be say 15 to 30 mins earlier than the set time rather than counting A times which can move nap and BT quite considerably.
A quick glance at your EASYs it looks to me that you get the longest night after a shorter A to BT (and the worst nights after a long A to BT - regardless of total A time across the day), which is how my DS was, he could cope with an early wake and long A to set nap time but could not cope with a long A to BT.  Mull it over, it might sound like "that's it!" to you, or it may not.

Thanks for your thoughts/comments creations.

I have been trying with childminder to aim for 1.15pm nap, capped to 1.5hrs max, BT 8pm  - started Wed 3rd. Nap time will need to be this time next week due to preschool finishing/ starting for older children plus end of school finish.
So far we have not had any BT tantrums.

Wed STTN - 7.25hrs A, 2hrs S, 4.5hrs A
Thur woke 4am finally asleep 5.20am - 6.25hrs A, 1.5hrs S, 5.25hrs A
Fri STTN - 6.25hrs A, 1.5hrs S, 5.25hrs A
Sat woke 2.50am, went to sleep 10mins after having a wee on toilet (removed wet nappy, put on new afterwards) at 3.25am
