Why does my 14 month lo wake up crying from nap

My lo wakes from every nap no matter how long it is crying. Sometimes it takes me a good 30 mins to calm him sometimes longer and then he's pretty grumpy for a while afterwards.

can you post his usual day? Has he always done this? Does he wake from naps alone, or do you wake him?

Thanks u just posted on the board about my lo waking earlier every morning and I'm trying to extend his A time from 5/5.5-6 befire nap. Yesteday he slept 2 hrs I woke him and today woke after 45 mins crying resettled and slept for another 30 so about 1 hr 15 min total. And he ajways wakes on own crying and it will take me a while to call him. Although yesteday after the 2 hr nap when I woke him he was happy!
