Over tired or under tired
« on: September 15, 2014, 07:53:22 am »
First nap of day is always going wrong which messes up rest of day

He is 10 weeks old and I do an hours activity. I then normally take at lest 25 mins to get him to sleep, he screams and screams. He often wakes 30 mins later, sometimes 45, always screaming.

Is he over tired by time he falls asleep, or undertired at the time I'm trying to put him down?

Any ideas?!

I think he's going down UT then getting OT if that makes sense? Could try adding another 10-15mins on over the next few days gradually (ie 5 mins a day) to see if that helps. Average A times around now is 1hr 15 or so x
