Trying to nurse on one side per feeding
« on: October 19, 2014, 18:08:16 pm »
Ds is 3 weeks old. We started off alternating sides when nursing, but now he drains both sides.  Would like to get back to nursing on one side only (still offering the second if he needs a little more).  How do you do that if my body is used to him taking both sides though?

Why do you want to get back to offering one side only? It's normal for babies to want both sides as they get bigger.
