Dinner and bed

I'm unsure if this is the right area, My 27 mo DD still suffers with reflux even with omeprazole I don't think it's completely under control. She always takes a long time to settle off to sleep and I'm wondering if her food is to close to bedtime. How long after finishing food does your LOs go to bed?

We usually have a 1.5-2 hour gap between dinner and bed (lately it's been 1-1.5 hours though). We have a little bit of milk right before sleep also.

We have 2.5 hrs from the start of dinner to sleep time, sometimes only 2hrs.  Dinner 4.30pm and sleep at 7pm.  It's very early for a family meal but it's the best time for DS.  On a rare occasion he might have dessert at say 5.30pm so it's still 1.5hrs before bed.
