8mo naps all over the place!
« on: January 17, 2015, 20:58:17 pm »
My little boy will be 9 months on the 24th and he just seems to sleep as and when he likes throughout the day.  He'll have a good nap of an hour in the afternoon but apart from that he'll just fall asleep when feeding or in the car... This is affecting his sleeping at night which is awful.

Any advise welcome.

Many thanks

Are you following a routine?

Up at 6

Breakfast, lunch and supper.

Bath at 5.30, long feed (breastfeeding) then bed at 6.30.

He'll go down awake so can self settle but then wakes at 8, 10, 12...

Can you tell more about his day sleep? If you cannot post a routine tell us him much overall sleep he gets, how long are his naps, where does he sleep, how many naps he has etc.
