Just a quick wwyd?
« on: February 23, 2015, 22:34:50 pm »
I've been stretching ds to longer a times and usually his naps are longer. Today for example he went down at 915 and woke up at 10 (that's a good nap lol) and then he went down at 1 and was up at 215. But now it's 445 and he's showing signs of being tired but bed time is usually 630 or 7....what do I do in these cases? It's hard to predict bc he doesn't always take an hr or longer nap (he is generally a 30 min napper...getting more consistent 45 min though since working on a times).

I'd prob give him a nap from now (5) until 5.20/30 then try for a regular BT at 7.  BT might be a bit resistant but mine often liked his BT even when naps were rubbish.
Hope it works out whatever you do.
