he is 7 months,
Yesterday:
wake up 6:00
E:7:00
S:8:45-9:30 I wake him up to get a longer noon nap
E:11:00 formula and solid
12:45-14:55   he wake and cry at 13:55 and then fall sleep 7 min later.
E:14:40 formula
E:17:00 solid
E:18:30 formula
bed time: 18:40 since he is obvious tired without a consistant noon nap and fight a cat nap.
how can I get a long noop nap ?
I drop the CN two weeks ago because he always EW,  and fight the CN . But he cann't sleep a long nap result in a ealier bed time

Hi there, I think your routine looks great! Am I reading correctly that LO is doing a 45 minute nap in the morning and then a 2 hour and 10 minute nap in the afternoon? I would have been THRILLED to get this from my DD at this age. This looks very age appropriate and I would leave it as is for now and hope that the waking partly in is him settling in to a new routine. I would watch that the PM A time does not get too long as LO is not doing yet 3 hours in the morning so 3.5 in the PM may be a little much. HTH!
