I think some consistency would be good so a consistent wake up time and consistent +/- 10mins A time. Trouble is with everything so variable its impossible to tell if she's ot or UT by the end of the day.

again her waking time depends on the night  if shee was waking 5 times so she will sleep longer till 8:20' if she only woke twice she probably up by 7:30

Ok but a wake up time of 8.20 she will likely be UT by bedtime of 7pm right? Hence why I say maybe waking her in the morning to maintain some consistency.

ut by the 7 pm? no not necessary' she sometimes very tied even before 7' those days. depend how is her naps
today for instance she woke at 7:10 . nap at 10-10:40.  by 13:20 she was super tired' went to sleep' woke at 2:30 and thats it. very tired during the day.   so i guess  today its late bt cause i will try to pu her down at 5:30 for a nap.

it seems that the solids effected her night sleep ' she got more hungrier... so its all a mess

I'm really confused by the routine. If you think solids is disturbing her why not cut back solids to just one meal and see if that makes a difference ?

o i did hun, yesterday and today. meanwhile no difference.  i guess its all th factors together.
i guess i need to wait. although i really would like her to go to bed less than an hour :( its crazy  to come in to the room every 5 min to give her the paci that she spits all around the room 'during an hour.

Why not get rid of the paci if it is making things more difficult?

well the paci is difficult only at that case when she spit it out' i dont know why sh e does it and then cry to put it back in.
for other reasons we need the paci- during the day it can calm he' help with the teeth 'etc

Can she replug it for herself? She will learn to soothe herself without it if you choose to wean it.

You could put it in her hand rather than her mouth? Encourage her to be independent with it?

I'm also trying that. But when she is crying she is not very cooperative. ;( she just screams on her tummy.
