Hello, I know my little ds is teething as got bottom left canine and the other 3 are just breaking through but he is only napping for 1 hr, I then leave him in room for an additional 30-45 mins with dummy so at least resting s bit! He is also only getting about 10.5 hours at night, 7:30-6ish, I have put him to bed earlier but still plays, chats till falls asleep about 7:20/30, sure he isn't getting enough sleep but not sure what I can do as in a dark room with white noise for both naps and nighttime! Any advise? He wakes around 6-6:30 (left in cot with dummy till 7/7:15) asleep by 1pm left in room till 2:30 in bed by 6:45/7.
