That table of times on the page you are referring to has been the topic of many discussions here since the book came out. We're not exactly sure what Tracy intended, but I think that the idea is that every three days you extend an activity time by 15 minutes, which in turn should also extend the sleep time, too. So for instance, the first three days, you work on extending the first activity time, then the second three days, you work on extending the second activity times, etc. Watch your lo's cues and you'll work something out!
