How much for 7 months?
« on: September 29, 2005, 16:59:02 pm »
My DS is almost 7 months and I've made all my own food but I'm having a hard time knowing how many cubes to feed him. My pedi says he should be eating about 4oz per meal but I'm not sure how to calculate that..help!

i have measured ours and not sure if it is standard everywhere but for us 1 cube = 1 TBS = 1 oz so 4 cubes  = 4 oz.  HTH

I bought some of those small ziplock containers to measure my food in, they are about the same size as the gerber jars of food, it is nice too because you just take out the 2 containers that you will use and go on your way :D   we also use the take and toss to freeze in.  that is the main way we do it but we do use the ice cube trays on occasion and serve 4 cubes as an equivalent to one standard jar.
