My DD lived on sarnies throughout the summer when we were away and time was limited. One peice of brown bread with cheese spread in the middle. She wn't eat ham or grated cheese however hard i try but dairylea is a fav!!
I can make it in the morning, pop it in a fod bag and pu it in a cool bag with an ice pack and it will stay cold till lunch. I either break bits off for her or give her strips to nibble on.

She has rice crispies in the morning and scrambled eggs for dinner/luch most days, sooo easy to make!!!

the rest of the time she has left overs of ours that i've frozen. That way I', not cooking extra for her and i can get her dinner ready in as long as it takes to defrost it in the microwave.
