That's right, the danger with honey is botulism. I wouldn't give it or products with it until one year.
As for milk products, I introduced yogurt and cheese at about 9 months (if you have a family history of food allergies, you should wait for the full year). The problem with those is possible allergies. Both yogurt and cheese have far less lactose than milk, so they are not so much a problem for lactose intolerance. But actually, the real danger with milk before 1 year is that it is not an appropriate main food for little humans, and the medical establishment fears that you may be tempted to use it instead of breastmilk or formula, which can result in anemia (something about how the baby's body breaks milk down, or something. So a little whole milk in something is probably not a problem once in awhile as long as there are no food allergies in your family.
