Overtired yet not enough A time???
« on: January 11, 2006, 18:44:02 pm »
DD has restless sleep from 5am on, which would seem to indicate that she needs more A time during the day.  However, her naps are terrible and she wakes at the 30 minute mark which would indicate that she's overtired when she goes down.

Which is right?  How do I deal with this?!?

Oh - She's 11.5 WO and we're on a 4hr Eas.  She is cool eating every 4 hrs - sometimes longer, but A time and S are all honked up.  Am striving to get to a 1.5 hr A and whatever for S, but with the short naps things get messed up pretty early.

Thanks for your thoughts.

I think she's shifted her days and nights.  She LOVES her catnap and I think her internal clock says nightime is 4pm-ish to 5am-ish.  Doesn't help that it gets dark around 4pm here and it's been so rainy and dreary!!!  And, she's dropping her bedtime bottle instead of an overnight feed.  Any ideas on this?!?
