Corrina Yes, I do. That is one way for him to wind down.
Marisa Mom Well, we have been trying this for maybe a couple of days. I thought that he was playing in his bed because he was not drowsy enough when I putted him in (I use to do the routine, and just pop him to bed, after he had yarnes. He was fully awake; calm, but fully awake, and he would fall asleep unassisted. But lately, it has been taking him AGES to fall asleep, like sometimes 1 hour or more) so I thought that maybe getting him there sooner, with a bit of help would help. But even when he gets closer to dreamleand, he wakes up as soon as he touch the mattress, so it didn't help at all. SO I guess there is never a good time for him to fall asleep quickly, or I'm never able to get it, not matter how I try.
