Travelling to Far East where there is 8 hours time difference

we are going to the far east next month.
the time difference there is 8 hours ahead of UK.
e.g. so bedtime here 8pm, there will be 2am.

our flight will be around 7pm, and get there around 11 hours, so when we arrive it will be like 2pm locally (6am here in UK)..

we will only be there for around 10 days.

how do we adjust bedtime when we are there??

pls help with a plan. TIA

I took Ellie to Canada when she was 6mo old, which is an 11 hour time difference from here.  I put her on Canadian time AS SOON AS we got on the plane here in Australia, and back on Australian time AS SOON AS we got on the plane to come home.

One or tworough nights, but then she was fine.
