hi,
my 8 month old abigail refuses to eat any solids at all. i can't even get one spoonful into her. i'm still breastfeeding her and am wondering if it is enough. she hasn't even any teeth yet.

Val - This is a quick reply - have you tried to give any finger foods i.e

Steamed carrot sticks
Bread sticks (no sesame seeds)
Pealed apple slices
Banans chunks
Cooked green beans

when my dd is teething she often refuses either the breast or solids.  i am pretty sure your lo has already accepted solids into her diet? when she is hungry she will eat...if she starts refusing the boob and taking solids don't be alarmed by that either - should only last at most a couple weeks...but i would chalk it up to teething at this point.
