i used to cook the whole meat and then use a hand blender to puree meat.
now DS can handle lumpier meat, i am not too sure how to do it.
do you mince the meat first before you cook? or cook the whole meat then chop it?

I cook the meat just as I would for us and then break it down into the consistency she can deal with.

Yip so so I, I made DH & I bolognese a while back and made a batch for DS without salt and blended it. He loved it, garlic, herbs and all.  ;D

Yep DD loves bolognese like her mum i also do it with galic and herbs in it. I don't cook alot with salt so DD often has what we are having unless its spicy i don't think she is ready for my curry yet  :D
