early wake up for 12 week old

my 12 week old ds seems to be waking btwn 5 and 5:30 and quietly playing in his room but never goes back to sleep. usually end up bf at 6:15----knowing that he has been awake-then he is tired by 7am. He is going to bed at night at 7:30pm----is this too early?any suggestions?

This might be wrong but my 11 week old wakes up a lot of times at 5:30 and I give her the paci, rock her a little, and she is back asleep for at least another hour.  We do our first BF/wake time around 7 if we can.  Good luck!
