how long naps at one year

Hi,

I have a 12 1/2 month old called Zoe. I am just starting a routine with her (for the first time!). Should I be aiming a 2 naps per day of the full 1 1/2-2 hrs or one long and one shorter one?

Well previously I was feeding her to sleep on my lap or in pram/car so it was quite wrratic although she would generally have 2 short in the morning and one longer sleep in the afternoon...night times were bad as she developed a cot/ bedroom phobia. Much better with pu/pd...and using ot to lengthen naps which were never before longer than 45 mins. Twice today used pu/pd for naps which has made then longer bit am worried it will be too much sleep for tonight.
